Are You Running Your Practice?
. . . Or Is Your Practice Running You?
10 Signs Your Practice Is Running You
1. You sometimes wish someone would just run your practice for you 2. You
are not on top of all the legal responsibilities for your practice 3. Your
scheduling system is not based on production targets
4. Too many patients disappear or fall between the cracks 5. As you have no
time for training, you only hire experienced employees 6. You cannot figure
out parts of your computer system 7. You do not face and resolve certain
staff problems 8. Patients do not follow your recommendations 9. Your
practice feels disorganized 10. You do not feel like a leader
To start
running your practice more than it runs you, you need five vital leadership
skills.
New ExecTech Workshop: “Five Essential Skills
for Leading Your Team”
In this new ExecTech workshop, Wallace Stokes will help you improve
five of your leadership skills so you have greater control of your
practice. As a full-time consultant since 1985, Wally has been helping
practice owners navigate their way to success with his extensive
knowledge, his confidence and his sense of humor. He knows how to help
you become a better leader.
For example, when you organize and
implement a patient-management, your practice becomes more efficient and
your patients enjoy better service. When you organize and implement a
rewards system for your employees, you get more of what you want from
them (and less of what you do NOT want).
