"Before ExecTech, I needed someone to come in and
share the responsibility. I had a potential partner, but we had a lot of
disagreements. Everything from becoming 50/50 partners to 'Get out of here.
I don't want to see you again.' So I brought ExecTech in to help us put
together this partnership agreement so it would be profitable for both of
us.
"ExecTech helped us work out an agreement and goals.
To make everything work, we had a make-break point at about one million.
While we were with ExecTech, we hit it and then went to $1.2 million. We had
about a 40% income increase.
"ExecTech is fast at getting things when I need
something very quickly. It's not something I expected. For example, I had a
problem with a staff member involving harassment of an employee. It was a
mess. Within 12 hours, ExecTech had a lawyer and a program of how to handle
it to make sure that this didn't go any farther than just a complaint by an
employee.
"Another time I wanted a legal policy in place.
ExecTech got me another lawyer, who happens to also be an MD. He got in
touch with us and gave us the information.
"Another ExecTech strength is the management
technology. If I used everything it that big black binder and applied it
100%, I could triple the practice.
"The third thing is ExecTech coaching. I had a good
time doing those modules. My wife, associates and some of my staff
have gotten and enjoyed coaching. It helps them to do their jobs better. The
responsibility level of the staff that are getting the coaching is higher
than the staff members who are not.
"ExecTech does what they say they're going to do. They
have a lot of business experience and a good collection of outside experts.
They are ethical, they have the technology and they get the job done."
